Terms and Conditions

To register your child at the nursery a non refundable £50 registration fee is required on completing a child application form.

All fees are charged monthly in advance and must be paid by standing order/direct debit on the first day of the month. Fees will be invoiced to the person(s) named on the registration form. Fees are payable during periods of absence including sickness, holidays and during bank holidays

Fees are caiculated on the basis of the weekly charge, for the sessions attended, multiplied by 52 weeks and then divided by 12 months to create a fixed monthly charge.

Prices quoted include all meals and snacks except baby formula milk which must be provided by parents/guardians.

Extra hours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

To secure a nursery place the first months fees must be paid at the time the place is confirmed by parent/guardian.

Once a place has been confirmed, four weeks notice or four weeks fees are required if you wish to withdraw your child from the Nursery. Fees are also payable if there is any delay in taking the nursery place.

Children will be excluded if fees remain outstanding beyond five days from the first of the month. Beyond 14 days and the child’s place will be terminated.

The Nursery does not accept responsibility for accidental injury or loss of property. There is a surcharge for all children collected late.

Any carer who suspects a child in his/her care may have been abused or neglected, has a duty to report this to the area Social Services Department.
