OUR VALUES
At Edgbaston Grange Day Nursery we strive to provide the highest standards, based on best practice. We are committed to continuous improvement through the development of our staff, ensuring that our nursery is a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Edgbaston Grange Day Nursery aims to work together with parents for the benefit of the children by:
• Informing parents on a regular basis of their child’s progress. We hold two parents evenings per year as well as our annual Fun Day.
• Ensuring all parents are aware of the Nursery’s policies and routines.
• Allowing parents to stay to settle their child into nursery if needed.
• Sending daily sheets home to inform parents/guardians of their children’s day.
OUR TEAM
Our staff are recruited for their skills, experience, enthusiasm and knowledge in the development and education of young children.
We have 100% qualified staff to Level 3 (minimum). We do not employ students or offer work experience. Staffing levels are maintained in accordance with the National Standards.
Our staff ratios, which we always exceed, are as follows:
• Babies - 1-3
• Toddlers 1-4
• Pre school 1-8
